Active shooter training seminars

Active Shooter Preparedness Training

Our Active Shooter Preparedness Seminar is delivered in person to organizations and employees across the United States. Led by instructors with Special Operations and law enforcement backgrounds, this training equips personnel with the knowledge, mindset, and practical actions needed to respond effectively during a violent critical incident. In today’s environment—where active shooter events continue to impact workplaces, schools, and public venues—preparedness is no longer optional. Our program focuses on situational awareness, rapid decision-making, and proven response strategies designed to help individuals protect themselves, their colleagues, and those around them until law enforcement arrives. Proper training saves lives.

The RUN – HIDE – FIGHT protocol is not a rigid sequence of steps and should not be interpreted as occurring in that exact order during an active threat situation. Rather, it is a framework for decision-making under extreme stress. Depending on the circumstances, individuals may need to fight or hide first in order to create an opportunity to escape, and then run to safety once a path is available. The priority is always survival—using whatever option is immediately available to increase distance from the threat and reach a secure location.
